Friendly City Food Co-op - Five Years In

 What we did right (and what we could have done better)

 

Friendly City Food Co-op in Harrisonburg, Virginia opened in June of 2011, in a town that didn’t fit many of the target demographics for a natural/organic food co-op. We’ve been more successful than many would have predicted because we did many things right – right from the start. Come learn what we did, and how we could have done even better with a few slight adjustments.
